Bright Loft in Udine

Very bright loft, with a beautiful terrace. Not recommended for those who want a hotel-like experience. This is a real home, with my books, my things, which I rent out when I'm away. It doesn't have a TV, it's very welcoming, authentic, bohemian. The price includes the tourist tax, 1.60 euros per person per day. If you read below and understand that you are exempt, write to me: you must fill out a document that I will send you, and you will be exempt from the tax. The space You enter and you are in a very large and bright space, where there is the kitchen, the table, carpets, a bookcase, and two sofas. I left as much space as possible. From there you can access the terrace, through a French window, or the sleeping area, with the bathroom and the bedroom, with a double bed and a wardrobe. Other things to note From February 2025, an accommodation tax must be added to be paid separately to the Municipality of Udine. It is 1.60 euros per person per day. You will pay it separately, once you enter the house, in cash, and in return I will issue you a receipt that you must keep. The following categories of people are exempt from paying the tax. If you are among these, I will send you a form that you must fill out and sign. The following are EXCLUDED from the payment of the accommodation tax: • those registered in the registry of the resident population of the Municipality of Udine; • those registered in the Registry of Italians Residing Abroad (A.I.R.E.) of the Municipality of Udine. The following are EXEMPT from payment of the accommodation tax: • minors up to the age of eighteen; • individuals who visit, receive treatment or are hospitalized, including in day-hospital settings, at local health facilities and those who assist them on the basis of one companion per patient; this exemption extends to any night before and after hospitalization or at the beginning of visits or treatment; • parents, or carers, who assist minors under the age of eighteen who carry out visits, therapies or are hospitalized, even in day-hospital, at local health facilities, on the basis of two carers per minor; this exemption extends to any night before and after hospitalization or at the beginning of visits or therapies; • persons with disabilities recognized by specific certification pursuant to Law no. 104/1992; • individuals staying in accommodation facilities and in the accommodations referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2, following measures adopted by public authorities to deal with social or emergency situations resulting from calamitous or extraordinary events or for humanitarian aid purposes; • volunteers serving in the event of disasters; • members of law enforcement and civil protection who stay overnight for service needs; • bus drivers and tour guides who provide assistance to organized groups and who stay free of charge (complimentary room); • the employees of the accommodation facility; • accompanying teachers on duty during school education visits, to the extent of one for every 15 students accompanied; • students enrolled at the University of Udine or at a school of education, including post-diploma or accredited training institutions based in Udine, and students participating in the Erasmus + project or on an educational trip; • the Municipality of Udine in the case of expenses for overnight stays incurred by the Municipality itself; • athletes, technicians and managers of Sports Associations and Clubs duly registered in the National Register of Amateur Sports Activities.
