A private room in the city center of Paris

Hi, I am Phoebe, originally from China. I work in a tech company. The apartment is on the 4th floor in a Haussmann building, no elevator. it's 2 mins walking distance to metro lines 1 & 8, station 'Reuilly Diderot'. The apartment has 2 independent rooms. The guest room is 11sqm, with a bed , a working table, a big wardrobe. I live in another room. You will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with me. There are not other persons.You can use everything we have in the apartment.. The space Besides your private room, you have full access to the kitchen, showing room and toilet. During your stay If we both in the mood and available, why not :)
