Homely Villa & private pool, Siargao General Luna

Our home is perfect for families and friends. Its in the heart of General Luna, Siargao. The space The property has a big private garden for you and the pool is private. We have two rooms with two private bathroom with hot water. The main room has a queen size bed with two single beds with aircon and the second one has 4 single beds. Our living room has all you need, kitchen with fridge, rice cooker, coffee maker and toaster. We also provide kitchen utensils. If you want to relax, you can hangout in our sofa and you can watch our TV with Netflix. Guest access Our access its in the back road and you'll have your private entrance. We have daily cleaning every day included in the price. Other things to note To be our super guest, please make sure to read, respect, and abide by our rules. We look forward to your cooperation and pleasant use of our house. 1) Only 8 persons maximum are allowed in the house. For general safety, you cannot invite external guests even to use the pool. Our staff stays beside the house to guard and check on this firmly. This is for security purposes. 2) To maintain top cleanliness, we must clean the pool and the kitchens everyday from 10am to 12pm. Please open the door to our staff for this. Extra cleaning service in the house and change of bed sheets can be arranged for 1,000.00 pesos. 3) Parties are totally forbidden. This is a quiet, exclusive place to enjoy with the family or behaved friends only. Keep noise to a minimum. After 9pm we don't allow any noise and the pool will close at 8pm. 4) Strictly no smoking. 5) Strictly no pets. 6) Children are most welcome to stay but please be mindful of them. We are not liable for any accidents that may happen during their stay in the property. 7) Be mindful of your belongings. We will not be liable for any misplaced or stolen items. 8) Please maintain cleanliness throughout the house: wash dishes after use, throw trash in the trash bins. 9) Please respect house furnishings and do not rearrange our furniture. 10) Parking: we allow only 5 motorbikes to be park inside the property. We recommend you to park inside mostly during the night. 11) If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. 12) our housekeeping will be there every day and will help with the general cleaning of the house between 8am to 5pm. Saturday is regularly her day off except if there is a check in or check out.
