The space There are 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is 1 en-suite, 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom with a box bed/bunk bed. All bedrooms, including the living room, have air-conditioning. The apartment has a BALCONY WITH A CHARCOAL BARBECUE (with complete utensils); internet; smart TV in the living room; kitchen items to prepare meals; hairdryer; coffee maker; electric kettle; blender; microwave, oven and stove. WE OFFER BED LINEN AND TOWELS. Guest access Our guests will be able to enjoy the entire space. Other things to note ACCOMMODATIONS All rooms have a BOX bed, wardrobe and air-conditioning. Equipped kitchen, with all equipment and utensils in good condition. Laundry with washing machine and iron. We provide bed linen, blankets and bath towel(s) according to the length of the guest's stay. We make beach chairs, cart and cooler available to guests. GARAGE We have 2 private parking spaces. OTHER NOTES By the day of check-in we need to have a photo of an ID for all guests (including children). Check-in and Check-out Time: Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. These times can be negotiated with the host according to availability. Pets: The condominium allows only small pets. Your pets are welcome! There is a one-time fee of R$ 50.00 to bring your pet. We ask that whenever possible when you leave, take your pet with you. When walking in the common areas of the building, we ask that you carry them in your arms. During your stay, constant cleaning of your pet's needs is mandatory. And, it is mandatory that at check-out there are no pet needs in the apartment. Elevator: For the security of the condominium, a maximum of 5 passengers at a time or 350 kg is allowed. Entrance: Between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m., the main door must be locked. It is forbidden to let strangers without a key enter the building. Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., any kind of noise (music, vacuum cleaner, etc.) is prohibited. Arrival at night: We ask that you ensure the door is locked and that there is no noise in the common areas.
