Beautifully remodeled cottage, steps away from crystal water. Great views, great location! The space This is a beautifully decorated, waterfront cottage, situated on the south side of Crystal Lake. The views from the large windows and porch with glass railings are amazing; you will see loons, geese, ducks, beavers, eagles, rainbows, and maybe depending on the season, you may see snow machines racing planes! During the spring, summer, and fall months enjoy our shared private beach where you can fish, swim, launch a canoe, kayak, paddle board or just float on a floaty. Enjoy the winter months ice fishing, ice skating, snowmobiling, cross country and downhill skiing (MTN’s are close).Whatever you want to do, you can do it here! Note: Ceilings are low, it's not recommended that you don't book here if you are over 6.5 tall... Guest access Entire house with full access to shared grounds and water equipment, with the exception of the pontoon boat and jet skis; however, if you would like me to take you for a ride on either, all you have to do is ask, I'm happy to take you out on the lake. Other things to note URGENT- effective August 7, 2024, two houses down from ours, went under construction; they are almost complete but they may have residual inside work. The construction is beyond my control and don't how loud it will be, or if it will even go on during your stay, but I need to make you aware that there may be some residual noise during your stay. So please DO NOT book with me at this time if construction noise bothers you, I must repeat... I cannot guarantee there won't be any noise or how loud it will be. I can say, last year and year before, when we were outside, even during the heart of the build, we could barely hear it, this year they are working on the inside so noise should be minimal, if at all. NO ELECTRIC CHARGING STATION- We do not have an EV charging station. We do have an outdoor outlet; however, there will be an additional $10 fee per day to charge. If you plan charging, please let me know in advance....failing to tell me will result in a $25 a day automatic charge. BUTCHER BLOCK is NOT made for cutting on, please use provide cutting boards, there are three provide. If you use the butcher block as a cutting board and cause damage, you will be charged for damages as the entire counter will need to be replaced. BATH TOWELS should not be used for the beach, please use beach towels that are provided to you. Please do not hang towels over glass railing, use towel rack that is provided to you; it is in the closet of the bunk bed room. ***if you need me to wash or replace towels during your stay, please let me know.
