Your own studio is located in the heart of Cancun. Infront of the well known Mercado 28 and 30 minutes away of the beach. This space it's in downstairs floor of a building. It has it's own bathroom and kitchen. We have Tv and Wifi. Important: An additional charge may apply for excessive electricity consumption and it is not suitable for a service animal, make sure you understand the reason and avoid having a uncomfortable moment. The space "Mi estudio en Cancún " it's a place where you are going to be in Cancun downtown. It will be easy to move to one place to another because there's a lot of taxis around and the bus station it's very close. Also you are going to find great choices to buy food and art crafts, souvenirs all with the best price! Guest access "Mi estudio en Cancún " it's localized in one of two buildings of apartments. First you are going to see a gray local, then the first building of apartments and in the second building (in the first floor) you will find your own space in Cancun :) Other things to note -To help protect the planet and encourage responsible energy use, each guest is assigned a daily kilowatt (9 kWh) consumption limit. If you exceed the limit, a penalty of 30 Mexican pesos will be charged for each extra kWh. At the end of your stay, you will receive a detailed consumption report. Please note that the property is intended for vacation use. If you’d like to stay in the house all day with the air conditioning on, an extra charge will apply at the end of your stay. Recommendations : Turn off unnecessary lights. Turn off air conditioners when you are not in the room or away from the house.
