This is a comfortable heritage home located in GEORGETOWN, Penang. Situated in the heart of the city, this is the best place to stay to explore most of the magnificent spots in Georgetown. The location is very strategic and situated in the middle of Georgetown city, a lot of tourist spots and famous eateries are just within 5 km radius from my place, it is easily accessible to a places in Georgetown, Penang. If you would like an airport transfer to our home, please let us know. The space You will have the entire space during your stay to ensure your full privacy. This is NOT a room-sharing type unit. This cosy and well designed studio features: - 2 Queen Bed - Living Area - Bathroom The room come with air-conditioning, a projector with full access of Netflix, hair dryer, free WiFi (200mpbs) and more. We also have necessities such as body/head shampoo and clean towels. Guest access 2doors to access with pad lock. Up the original wooden staircase, you will find the bedroom, the living area, plus a bathroom complete this floor. Other things to note - The check-in time is 3pm onwards and the check-out time will be 11am. Please inform the host if you want to have an early check-in or a late check-out. - NO shoe inside house, please bring your own slipper if you need. - We do not provide tooth paste and tooth brush. - Due to security reasons, outside visitors are not allowed to come inside the premise/room unless the registered guests.
