It's just a 20-minute drive from the coastal town of Oamaru. Nearby Katiki Point, Moeraki Tavern, and Moeraki Boulders are just a few of the attractions in the area. It's one of the best holiday homes in Herbert-Hampden, where you can enjoy a snug 139 square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, a hand basin, and a shower (heated by gas for hot showers) for your use. IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be train tracks and passing car noise, which is less than 30 metres away from the SH1, which is New Zealand's busiest road. Noise-cancellation earplugs are recommended for guests. Guest access Guests will have access to our cozy tiny home and the surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence. Other things to note - Mobile reception is good - Pets are not allowed on the property - No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Farm guidelines will be provided before your booking is confirmed. Kindly read through them and follow all instructions during your visit. Important note: - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
