Welcome to Our Beloved Bungalow. So much love has been poured into this home. You will enjoy peace, space & ultimate comfort in this centrally located 3 bed 2 bath character home. A mere 6km from the City Centre & 7 from the Sea. You will be away, but feel right at home. You'll have it all: Free Wifi. Free Parking. A 5 minute stroll to the grocery store, local cafes & restaurants. A short drive to so many other conveniences. The space This character home will offer you plenty of space, and superb sleeping options. Our beloved bungalow, was recently refurbished, with a number of modern improvements, including the addition of a second bathroom, various new kitchen appliances, beautiful landscaping and a new ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system. The original bungalow comprises of the 2 bedrooms, lounge, dining and bathroom areas. The Main Bathroom is well appointed between the Master and 2nd bedrooms, and includes a bath tub with a step in shower, and a spacious vanity area. Plenty of space to get ready. If you're lucky enough to get the Master Bedroom during your stay, ultimate sleeping comfort will be guaranteed by your Super King Bed, ducted r/c aircon, ceiling fan and blockout curtains. Plenty of space for your clothing and personal items, and both a full length and vanity wall mirror with shelving to allow you to groom yourself in the privacy of your own room. The Second Bedroom offers a Queen Sized bed, as well as ducted aircon, ceiling fan, & wall vanity mirror for personal grooming space. The rear end of the home comprises of the addition to the original bungalow that was likely added in the 1980s. It houses the galley kitchen and large 3rd bedroom. A brand new second bathroom was added in September 2022, behind the kitchen to service that 3rd bedroom. You’ll enjoy a beautiful modern bathroom with a gorgeous oversized shower. The 3rd bedroom has been furnished with a view to offering our guests spacious sleeping options . You’ll find 2 Queen Beds in here in a stylishly furnished space. The original part of the house was just fitted (2022) with Ducted Reverse Cycle AirCon. This covers the Master & Second Bedrooms, and the Living and Dining Areas. It does not extend to the rear extension (the 3rd bedroom and kitchen). However to ensure our guests enjoy all year sleeping comfort, we have installed a wall heating and cooling unit in the 3rd bedroom. Your kitchen contains all necessary appliances, including a small dishwasher, large oven and separate gas cooktop. Laundry offers a washing machine which is also a clothes dryer. You have the convenience of selecting a cycle that enables you to pop your clothes in, and retrieve them at the end of the cycle, washed and dried. There is also a large clothes dryer in the rear yard. Wifi is unlimited. Tv is a Smart TV. Netflix can be accessed. Guest access All parts of the house are available to guests , except the Shed. We ask that the shed not be used by guests, as it will store some personal items. There will also be one cupboard in the house that will remain locked. Other things to note Please note that this a 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom home. There is also a sofa in the Lounge Room that can convert to a Double Bed. However , we recommend 6 -8 people. 6 people will have a spacious stay, but 8 people can sleep comfortably. We offer the sofa bed for rare occasions.
