The space This newly renovated apartment has three double bedrooms and one single, two full bathrooms (one en-suite) and has been tastefully decorated with new furniture. The kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances (wine fridge, blender, juicer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, induction stovetop, Smeg microwave, oven and a new extractor). There is a brand-new Samsung washing machine and a dryer, which is unique in Barcelona. To keep cool during the day there is central AC, and to keep warm there are radiators throughout the apartment to stay cozy. There is a balcony that faces the inner-courtyard of the block with a table with chairs that is perfect for having breakfast or a nice meal after a long day. There are built-in wardrobes it the master bedroom with plenty of storage space, which is also unique for apartments in the city. It is located on the second floor (third real floor, as this is a traditional building with a Principal level, First and Second, etc.). It is equipped with Fiber optic high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Other things to note Given the ongoing Covid-19 situation we want to make it clear that this apartment is professionally managed and cleaned. We have multiple other listings on Airbnb and a cleanliness rating of 4.9 stars. We take pride in our service and are committed to ensuring our guests are as secure and as comfortable as possible. Please note: Starting in January 2026, a new government regulation requires all monthly-rentals to make a refundable deposit to a government "INCASOL" account. This is a government account that holds the deposit and refunds it within 7 days of check-out. We charge this deposit via Airbnb as it is the most transparent and efficient way to do so. We will inform guests of the deposit amount, as each reservation will have its own unique price depending on the number of days. We want to make it clear this is a legal requirement for all monthly-rentals in Spain and we are obligated to follow the law and we are committed to being transparent with our guests. Important: It is not possible to use this apartment as a permanent address if you are processing your residence permit with immigration services (this is called “empadronamiento”). This is not possible with short-term, monthly contracts such as this one. This is a rule set by the Spanish immigration authorities.
