Tebay (Green Lawns)

We welcome you to stay in our family owned van. The van sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. We aim to provide you with a comfortable home from home. Please read the information below and let us know if you have any questions. Please bring your own towels Our advertised booking prices do not include the purchase of the Seal Bay Resort Entertainment Passes. They are only available directly from Seal Bay Resort electronically via an email invite, 7-10 days prior to arrival. The space This is a welcoming caravan which opens into a lounge with dining area and kitchen, we will leave you a tea towel and hand towel to use in the kitchen. This caravan features a bathroom with large shower. The lounge has a TV and there is Wifi internet access in the caravan. If required we can provide a booster seat for meals and a travel cot. Please just add this to your booking. You will need to bring a sheet and blankets/sleeping bag for little one. The rooms include a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge which can be stored during the day to maximise the space. The beds in the rooms will all be made for you when you arrive, so you can start relaxing straight away. There is a large grassy space by the door to the caravan which is great for little ones to play in. The grass is maintained and kept short by Cove Communities. The van is also a short walk from the Viking Bar and The White Horse Bars, Restaurants and facilities including a heated outside pool and sunbeds. The Caravan is also a short walk to the stop for the free inter-site bus allowing access to White Horse, and West Sands, where you can visit the Embassy, Oasis indoor pool and beach, Guest access Sorry this caravan has not been modified in anyway to support those with mobility difficulties. Other things to note 1. Official guidance states we should encourage guests to keep the accommodation clean and sanitised during their stay. We have supplied cleaning products including an anti-viral spray for you to use during your stay. Please do not remove the products. 2. Speed limit 10MPH everywhere on site. 3. No commercial vehicles allowed on site. 4. No smoking anywhere other than outside spaces, do not litter with cigarette butts please. 5. Seagulls attack rubbish bags, please do not leave outside the caravan, bins locations are on the map 6. Please do not climb or jump around on the furniture or beds in the caravan. 7. Please call us first should you have any issues, do not call Cove as they charge for call outs 8. Please leave keys in key safe at the end of your trip. Additional Notes: Please at all times respect the facilities we have provided for you. All the accommodation available are family owned holiday homes that families like ourselves have chosen to share. Any damage or loss, we would ask that you replace or let us know so that future guests and our children are able to enjoy using them. We understand that sometimes small things get broken e.g. a glass, cup or plate. If this happens please let us know so we can replace it. In the rare case of any major damage or destruction to or theft from our property or caravan could mean loss of damage deposit and may lead to further action. There are SEAL BAY RESORT SITE RULES that must be followed at all times. These apply to EVERYONE with NO EXCEPTIONS. These are on your key release form and can be provided at check in (Your holiday WILL be terminated with immediate effect by Bunn Leisure security, if you are found to be in breach of these and you will not be entitled to a refund on your holiday or your refundable deposit).
