Who says a tiny home can’t be spacious?! Complete with a large living room that connects to a state of the art kitchen, this space is perfect for up to 6 people to relax and enjoy time together in nature! Also inside this home there is a queen bed in a private back bedroom, two twin bunk beds in the hallway, and two full beds are in the loft! Outside the home there is a large connected porch that offers comfy seating and even a private fire pit for those chilly nights! The space Renowned as one of the most unique spaces in the entire Water's Edge tiny home community, the 2+ acre grounds of this tiny home offer an experience like none other. While the porch surrounding the home and the outdoor fire pit are entirely private, there is also a covered pavilion with an outdoor fireplace and dining table that is a space shared by the tiny home on the opposite end of the grounds. Guest access Someday Came tiny home offers private parking on the Finch Run side of the grounds, which runs perpendicular to the lake and is accessed by a private driveway from the street known as Finch Run which intersects Water's Edge Way closest to the lake. Access to the tiny home is via digital keypad, the code for which automatically changes for each guest and the details for entry will be given on the day of check in and will remain valid until the check out time of 11am. Other things to note The tiny home community of Water's Edge has come a long way since its humble beginning, yet some areas may still be developing during your stay on the mountain. Please be aware that some of the homes and grounds of the community may be under construction as you drive, ride or walk your way around.
