Three of the bedrooms feature large king-size beds, while one bedroom is perfect for kids with 2 double bunk beds (4 twin size beds total), making it ideal for sleepovers. Each floor of the house features a full bathroom, with the top and middle floors boasting newly renovated luxury bathrooms with bathtubs, and the basement bathroom featuring a convenient stand-up shower. Extra blankets are provided in every room for your comfort. For entertainment, the home offers a variety of options. The top floor features two large yellow drawers filled with board games for the whole family to enjoy on a custom wood table. There is a large Roku Smart TV in the living room to enjoy streaming shows & movies together. The middle floor boasts a library bookshelf and comfortable lounge chairs, perfect for reading or working from home while soaking in the panoramic view. The basement floor is a haven for fun, with a billiard pool table, sauna, large air hockey table, and foosball table to keep everyone entertained. Each king-size bedroom also includes a huge Roku Smart TV, complete with guest mode for easy access to streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. The home is equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen, ensuring you have everything you need for your culinary adventures. Cars NOT properly parked in the driveway or National Park are subject to be towed at owners expense. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS FOR ANY REASON. We have multiple exterior security cameras on-site and can detect if people outside of your group come to the house. Any unauthorized guests will result in IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund. There is a noise ordinance in the area after 10 PM, so please keep all outside noises down after 10 PM out of respect for our neighbors. No smoking of any kind, including vaping, is allowed indoors. Check-in is anytime after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. You can access The View through self-check-in with the keypad at the front porch door. Please note that we do not offer refunds or cancellations due to weather or natural disasters, so make sure you're comfortable with this before booking. Travel insurance is recommended. Pets and children are allowed, but please keep a close eye on them for any injury or damages. The property is not fenced in, so be mindful of wildlife and our neighbors' pets. Please do not leave any trash or food waste outside, as it may attract wild animals and bugs. There are wildlife around the property, and we have seen bears, deer, and neighborhood stray cats. Wifi is available at the the view, but it may be spotty in certain locations. Please do not rearrange the furniture, as it may damage the floors and walls. The guest booking the property must be 25 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request a photo or scan of a government-issued photo ID. The guest who books must stay at the property. You may not book for others if you do not intend to stay at the property. No refunds will be provided for inoperable appliances, hot tub, sauna, telephone, TV, games, etc. We will make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances remain in good working order. We will service and restore these amenities as quickly as possible, but we will not make any rental concessions for time without these items. Please follow all guidelines and policies regarding the use of amenities to keep them functioning properly. No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortages, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by government officials due to potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of God or nature. Guests are not entitled to any claim against Owners of the property arising out of the Guest's inability to complete their travel plans for any reason outside of the control of the Owners. PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING: The following penalties will be held against your security deposit, and a claim will be filed with Airbnb. - Excessive contamination of hot tub (pee, dirt, heavy lotions/creams, etc.) that requires us to drain and refill: $350 - Smoking in the home: $150 - Late checkout past 11 AM: $75 - Excessive guests or pets not listed on the original reservation: $50 per guest/pet. - Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $300 - Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the property. Guests agree that any drug use on the property or any use of the Property in any unlawful purpose or violation of any law or ordinance on or about the Property will immediately terminate the occupancy and be grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. Guests shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by Host and the refund will not be provided for the remaining balance of the stay.
