During this time, crews will be onsite weekdays from 7:00am-5:00pm with some weekend work also required. This would be mornings only from 8:00am-midday. Detours will be in place to support pedestrians and cyclists navigate through the area. There will also be some noise and dust, but contractors will do their best to minimise this. To avoid the risk of you realising your lockbox has been cut off as has been experienced by past guests, we have arranged for you to collect your key from a nearby Key Exchange Service located (1)km from your apartment. This is a 3 minute drive or 14 minute walk. This ensures the most seamless arrival. Please plan your arrival accordingly. Our guests generally choose to use Uber to collect the key and then continue on to the apartment. Uber is able to park outside the Key Exchange Service and wait for you. NOTE: From time to time, there may be a change to this process for reasons outside our control e.g. road blocks, a sudden change in operating hours of the Key Exchange Service. This will be communicated to all affected guests in advance. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ SAME-DAY BOOKINGS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 》We have a booking lead time 1 day in order to schedule housekeeping & check-in requirements for the following day. For this reason, we cannot always guarantee a check-in time of 3pm for last-minute bookings, especially where there is a departing guest. Please reach out for further information if required. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ APARTMENT WINDOW CLEANING ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 》Window cleaning is the Owner's Corporation responsibility. They manage these services according to a set schedule. Unfortunately, we have no control over the state of the external windows at all and apologise in advance if you happen to book at a time where they are in a state that requires cleaning. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ OTHERS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 》There is a sensor inside the apartment. This is NOT a camera or recording device. It only collects information on noise levels, the environment (temperature and humidity) and occupancy (motion and the number of mobile devices in the vicinity). It does not record raw audio. The data is only presented as graphs and numbers, not images or recordings. 》For your safety and convenience, please do not use the property's mailbox/letterbox for receiving mail or packages. We recommend using post office parcel lockers instead, as we cannot guarantee mailbox access or security.
