Find the perfect escape in our family home in one of NZ's most renowned beach towns. Located in the heart of the Mount, enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, 2 living areas & large sunny front lawn. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach & 5 minute drive to Bayfair or Mount Main Street. Close to Central Parade shops, 1 min walk to New World. Quiet neighbourhood, so we only rent to families or responsible groups and not to party people, or groups under 25. For New Years we have a 6 night minimum The space The house is fully equipped, we even supply your linen and beach towels! Fully fenced so safe for children. Sunny front lawn and tropical garden to relax the days away or enjoy the evening on the patio. Enter the house into the hall leading to the open plan dining and kitchen area. There's a downstairs queen bedroom, toilet and basin. Separate TV room off the dining area. Out from the kitchen is a front deck, BBQ area and garden, Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is very sunny with King bed and en suite. Middle room has 1 king single bed. Sunny kids room with 2 single beds. Enjoy hassle free holidays, we are happy to help you with any questions or requests. This is our family home and we are going away for new years, hence we have put it on Air BnB. We only want to rent it 6 nights 28-3 January. For bookings please email us with all your details, who will be staying in the home and your occupations.
