The best location to move all arround the city, either walking or by public transportation. The Subway is only 7 blocks away, bus stop over Juramento is only 2 blocks away, Metrobus stops over Cabildo is 5 blocks away, and bus stop over Libertador is 4 blocks away. Also the train Station of Barrancas de Belgrano is 3 blocks away from there. There is a supermarket crossing the street, lots of shops all around and nice cafes. Considerations - Second floor by stairs (no elevator) Guest access The building has a common workplace in the terrace (located in fourth floor), and it also has a common employee who comes every day to clean the common areas. Other things to note All taxes and expenses are included in the price (WIFI is also included). I take care myself about paying all taxes, so you don´t have to care about paying anything.
