***This Room is on the Third Floor & has some steep stairs*** Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our bridal suite is the perfect place to get ready for your big event or stay overnight with friends and family. Two trundle beds sleep a total of four and a queen bed in the other room sleeps two. You will have a birds-eye view of the town from the third floor, but with its snack bar, there is not a reason to leave. The space We offer the Attic Suite just 150 days out of the year to maintain our Texas Homestead. Once that 150th day is booked, guests will have to wait to next year! Other things to note ***Please note that the Attic Suite is part of our Homesteaded property in accordance with Chapter 11 of the Texas Property Tax Code. In order to maintain our Homestead rights under Section 11.13 (k) we only offer the carriage house for rental for a maximum of 150 days of the calendar year. Once the 150th day is booked on the site, there will be no opportunity to book any other days for that calendar year.***
