Sit on our rooftop patio and watch the sunrise over the sea with a hot cup of coffee in hand. Or enjoy our large, covered, main floor patio designed to bring friends and family together where you can hang in a hammock chair with a margarita or grill up a fresh catch on the bbq. Even sleeping is a dream with our black out curtains and memory foam beds. Only 3mins from Tres Palapas Pickelball Resort and the beach! The space There is a small caretaker's casita on the back corner of the property but both homes have their own separate entrances. Additionally our property is handicap friendly. There is a ramp to the front door allowing step free access as well as grab bars in each bathroom. Other things to note The caretakers have a black cat named Minnie. She is not allowed inside the house but will gladly enjoy time with you on the patio! Also, please note this is a non smoking property both inside and outside.
