welcome to our favorite little bungalow. located in tracy city, tn @ the waters edge tiny house community. cozied in the woods, we love to host our guest not just with a retreat but an experience. we have deigned our place to have what you need, so you can show up and rest. our tiny bungalow is perfectly designed for that romantic getaway, a writers retreat, an escape for friends to connect over an open fire, or a family adventure hiking the trails + paddling out on the lake. custom designed with indoor/outdoor modern designer furniture, a cozy fireplace, updated lighting on dimmers (for the perfect mood), soft designer linen sheets, extra cozy comforters and blankets, updated technology for all your devices, and all the finishing touches...we have enough space to host 4-6 guests with all the amenities needed. we've designed the bungalow with a fully stocked coffee bar to all the s'mores accessories, a cocktail kit and wine glasses, and service ware to host a dinner party on our deck (yes, including provided charcuterie boards)...and yes plenty of games to enjoy over a sunset on the deck. we are available by text/phone as needed. tucked away in the Waters Edge Tiny House Community. accessible to multiple trails, waterfalls, boating and outdoor adventures. follow the directions from WAZE for the easiest way to get directions to our place.
