The space La Petite Boulaye is a family house located in the countryside of Seine-et-Marne, less than an hour from Paris. It is a place where you come to meet, enjoy the calm, take time and share good times, away from all the hustle and bustle. The house can accommodate up to 10 people. It is suitable for family stays as well as reunions with friends, a festive weekend or a few days of teleworking in the countryside. The environment is completely isolated, with no neighborhood nearby, which offers real freedom during the stay. When you arrive, everything is ready. Beds are made, bath linens are provided, and the house has Wi-Fi in all rooms. All that's left to do is put your bags down and enjoy. On the ground floor you will find a large kitchen open to the dining room, fully equipped for cooking on site (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster). The living room is a comfortable area to relax, chat or read quietly. One bedroom with double bed, one bathroom, two toilets and a laundry room with washer and dryer complete this level. Upstairs, the house has a master bedroom, two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. A bathroom and toilet are also accessible upstairs. Guest access Access to La Petite Boulaye is via a large green gate overlooking the property. Once you cross the gate, you follow a gravel path that leads directly to the house. Parking is provided under the hangar, at the end of the gravel road, where you can park your vehicles easily. Check-in is autonomous with a lockbox. All access, parking and entry instructions to the house will be communicated to you by Primo Conciergerie Briarde on the morning of your arrival, to ensure a simple and serene arrival.
