The space La Petite Boulaye is a family house located in the heart of the Seine-et-Marne countryside, less than an hour from Paris. It is a place where you come to spend time together, enjoy the peace and quiet, take your time, and share good times, far from the hustle and bustle. The house can accommodate up to 10 people. It is suitable for stays for families as well as get-togethers for groups of friends, a celebratory weekend, or a few days of teleworking in the countryside. The area is completely secluded, with no neighbors nearby, which offers true freedom during the stay. Everything will be ready for you upon arrival. The beds are made, bath linens are provided, and the house has Wi-Fi in all rooms. All you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy. On the ground floor, you'll find a large kitchen open to the dining room, fully equipped for cooking on site (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster). The living room is a comfortable space to unwind, chat or read in peace. A bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, two toilets and a utility room with washer and dryer complete this level. Upstairs, the house has a master bedroom, two bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. A bathroom and a toilet are also accessible upstairs. A folding crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Outside, the large garden with trees is a real asset. Guest access Access to La Petite Boulaye is via a large green gate overlooking the property. Once you pass through the gate, you follow a gravel driveway that leads directly to the house. Parking is provided under the shed, at the end of the gravel driveway, where you can easily park your vehicles. Self check-in using a secure lockbox. All instructions for access, parking and entering the house will be provided to you on the morning of your arrival, ensuring a smooth and stress-free check-in. Other things to note We would like to remind you that to ensure optimal comfort for all our future guests, we ask that you return the house clean and tidy. It is a gesture of respect that helps maintain the quality of the hospitality we want to offer. In addition, we provide a 4G internet connection accessible via Wi-Fi throughout the house.
