Uralla Studio is a comfortable and convenient 1 bedroom guest suite with TV, WIFI, ensuite bathroom and a microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. It is well suited for short stays accommodating individuals or couples visiting/working in the Nowra area of the Shoalhaven. It features all new furniture and appliances. The property is 12 minutes walk from Bomaderry station, 5 minutes drive to Nowra, 5 minutes drive to Woolworths/Aldi, 15 minutes drive to Berry. The space The offering includes a Queen bed, modern furniture, wall mounted TV, ensuite bathroom and separate nook with bar fridge, microwave, cutlery, tableware, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Cieling fan / heater. On-site parking is available on the driveway (note this is not covered). Guest access Uralla Studio is a self-contained guest suite, suituated on the ground floor of Uralla House. Guests will be provided with the code to a lockbox ahead of thier arrival for access. The studio is NOT rented at the same time as the main house, meaning your stay will be private and not shared with other guests. On occasions, our housekeeping team or owners may access the main house during your stay for short periods. Other things to note Uralla Studio is located in a residential, suburban neighbourhood in proximity to other dwellings. Guests are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum.
