Enjoy this chic home, 2 blocks Haywood Rd, West Asheville. 2 bdrms available: Private primary bdm w/king bed, ensuite bath. smaller bdm w/queen bed, shared bath. Coffee/tea bar in the mornings. 2 blocks from excellent restaurants, shops, and breweries. Bedrooms have 100% linen or cotton sheets/ blankets, down comforters. 100% cotton towels. Large tv, fully equipped kitchen, living room, spacious backyard with deck furniture + fire pit. And be entertained by Gru, the French bulldog! The space This is a 1200 square foot Craftsman house, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Large backyard, 2 car driveway with a spot for your car and mine. TWO of the bedrooms are available to a single party: the primary bedroom (king bed) and a smaller bedroom (queen bed). I do NOT rent to 2 separate parties at the same time so you don't have to worry about being in close quarters with strangers (except me). It's a quiet neighborhood and very walkable to West Asheville's commercial area. Guest access You'll be given your own house code and can come and go as you wish - just keep it quiet if you're out late. During your stay I'm generally around, but you can always text me or call if you need anything. Other things to note I never rent to rooms to 2 different parties at the same time. So you can either rent one room or two, depending on the size of your party. If you rent both available rooms, the smaller bedroom shares a bathroom with me. I keep it spotless, with no personal clutter.
