The space The property was a motel at one point The main house has been renovated into a 4 bedroom home However in order to access bedroom 4 one needs to walk through bedroom 3 However the motel units have been renovated into 2 bedroom townhouses There is a separate entrance to each townhouse and 2 bedrooms (one with an ensuite 1/2 bath) in each townhouse All rooms upstairs are adjacent and can be accessed from the main house8f desired or can be locked out and accessed only from the separate entrance of the townhouse The house has a total of 8 to 9 bedrooms with each additional bedroom/ townhouse available to rent separately as needed
