Located less than 5 miles from St. Elizabeth Hospital, YSU & Downtown. There is a hot tub, a gym, games and puzzles and Mill Creek Park across the street. The house has an updated kitchen, bathrooms & 5000sqft of amazing features. Built in 1927, the house has undergone a major remodel. When you walk across the street to Mill Creek Park there's a waterfall close by or you can walk the trails. *Please note there are 3 little dogs here who love attention.* The space Why stay at some place that is ordinary when you can stay at some place that is exraordinary? We constantly update areas in the house to make your stay more comfortable. Fall into the most amazingly comfortable bed you've ever slept on! The queen bed has a very firm memory foam mattress along with a 3" memory foam topper. This bed will either be made with linen sheets or very soft flannel. This raised bed also has plenty of space underneath to store your luggage and drawers for extra clothing storage. The dresser, closet and vanity are just for guests. With a TV and a desk it's perfect for the busy traveler. The television has a Roku account which gives you many channels to watch. In addition there is a gym to work out if you are feeling energetic. Guest access Guests are free to roam in the public rooms of the house. All of the other bedrooms are off limits due to privacy. There's a courtyard with a gazebo where you can relax and smell the flowers. The property has 2 acres. Guests are free to roam the property as they please. During your stay I am home most of the time usually working on something. If you need something just let me know. When you stay here you are like family. Other things to note When guests arrive, I ask that they park in front of my house. Not in the back. So that my garage is not blocked. In addition, you will be given a key. You MUST lock the door as you come and go.
