Spacious, Beautiful Eco-Retreat in NE Seattle!

Lovely retreat in a quiet neighborhood in NE Seattle (just north of Maple Leaf). Near bus lines and a 5 minute drive from I-5 for easy access, close to the light rail station. Lots of trees, lovely Victory Heights Park 1 block away with new playground and tennis court, and which hosts a "Food Truck Friday" event every week from 5-8pm, between June and September. Excellent for business travelers, University of Washington employees, and families Unit features no stairs. The space Private entrance, private courtyard with a grill and 4 seat patio dining set with umbrella, for outdoor relaxing. The one bedroom apartment is 900 sf of newly remodeled space! We love our apartment and hope you will too! Space is all one level, no stairs, with access to park at the bottom of the driveway. Great for people who need a one-level environment. Eco friendly, sustainable and non-toxic finishes - Natural cork and Marmoleum flooring, no VOC paints, allergen friendly finishes and furniture is all wood. Washer and dryer, large walk in shower, and full size stove for cooking. Queen size bed features a natural latex mattress. Large closet space has lots of shelving for your items to be stored. Two floor mattresses in Twin size (38" x 75"x 4")for use for kids or adults comfortable with using the floor. These mats are used in the living room, as a more comfortable replacement for a pull out couch. We use organic cotton sheets and, 100% cotton towels, washed with scent free 7th generation soap and no fabric softener. Bedroom has a TV as well, and has a sound machine for your use if desired. Air Purifier by Air Doctor in-unit for your use, high end medical grade air purifier. Unit has blackout shades throughout. Kitchen has Britta water filter in fridge. Electric heaters in living, dining, bedroom and bathroom. Fireplace is non functional. Unit stays very cool on its own, but we provide 2 fans in the unit. Bathroom is large and hosts a walk-in shower. We provide a portable shower seat that is available in the bedroom closet for your use, and a removable shower grab bar stored in the bathroom cabinet. The bathroom hosts the new stackable washer and dryer, with 7th generation brand scent free laundry pods available for your use. Guest access Home as described above, side yard attached to the unit. The home has a backyard and front yard, which is off limits, use is for the main house. This unit has the patio outside the entrance of the unit for guest use that includes the grill, patio dining table with chairs and an umbrella during the non-rainy season! Other things to note **This is a 1 bedroom home with a queen bed.
