We would like to welcome traveling professionals who will treat our home with care. After a long work day, rest and enjoy our home. Here you will find a comfortable Queen size bed while watching TV, and a small work desk/vanity table. A full bathroom is down the hall shared with 1-2 other guests. If you work grave-shift, the black-out blinds will provide a dark, cool room for you to rest and recharge. The space Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Sacramento with easy walkable access to Target, Starbucks, Chipotle, Nugget grocery store, banks, Lowes, and various dining experiences. On the main floor, you’ll have access to a shared kitchen (with your own designated kitchen cabinets), dining room, living room, half bathroom, and courtyard. On the second floor, you'll have access to a locked bedroom with shared full bathroom with designated storage space. For parking, there’s free parking on the street. There is a fee for parking: - 1 permit for driveway parking $20 per 30 days - 1 permit for side parking lot $10 per 30 days. Repayment fee for lost permits $50 During your stay If requested, we are available to personally welcome you to our home on check-in day to give you a tour and orient you to all your designated storage spaces in the common area. Besides that we'd like to give you your space and privacy but are here to answer any questions or concerns. Please notify us immediately regarding the house, furniture or any other issues. Also please let us know how we can make your stay more comfortable. Other things to note Welcome to our home. Please treat it with care and adhere to the following rules: 1) NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS 2) NO outside SHOES worn in the house 3) NO LOUD NOISE: Be respectful of others in the house and neighbors by maintaining an appropriate noise level at all hours of the day and night 4) Be respectful of others’ space and personal property 5) CLEAN the common area promptly after use 6) NO GATHERINGS/PARTIES/EVENTS 7) NO SMOKING (of any kind): - No Smoking Inside - No Smoking Outside - No Smokers - With our strict no-smoker policy, we have the right to deny your stay or be asked to leave without a refund. 8) NO PETS. If there any evidence of pets, you will be charged a pet cleaning fee. 9) Be aware that you are responsible for tickets and towing fees for parking without proper permit/pass. The HOA is extremely strict about parking with 24 hour monitoring 10) Please notify us immediately regarding issues/problems with the property. Delays may lead to more damage for which you will be held accountable. 11) No CRIME: absolutely no illegal activities or illicit drugs on the property PENALTIES: Breaking house rules or creating additional costs will be charged to you. Examples of fees: lost parking permits, extra cleaning, additional guests, evidence of pets, damage to the property, and late check-out.
