Casa Tere, a charming, cozy and very complete cottage, ideal for groups of friends or family who are looking for a meeting place to meet and disconnect for a few days. At Casa Rural Codo we turn 20 years old welcoming guests who have filled our homes with memories, encounters and shared moments The space Casa Tere, a rural tourism house with Superior Category and classified with 4 Spikes by ASETUR (Spanish Association of Rural Tourism), which has 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms In its recent renovation (in 2018), an attempt was made to respect its original structure as much as possible, combining the current with the charm of a rustic country house with a swimming pool in its garden. It is a traditional style house, cozy and full of charm, fully equipped with appliances, kitchenware, linens and towels for the bathroom (sheets, blankets, towels, etc.), heating with biomass boiler (ecological and very efficient, based on bone and skin of olives), terrace, garden with its gazebo and barbecue and pool with solarium etc. The house, with a restored facade of old brick typical of this area and a gallery of arches, consists of 4 floors with the following layout: On the ground or first floor there is an entrance hall from which you can access the upper floors and other common areas, a bathroom with shower, a separate kitchen equipped with all kinds of appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, a tower with oven and microwave, ceramic hob, combi etc. The living room has a warm and cozy atmosphere thanks to its fireplace and we also have several sofas where you will find a 32" TV and DVD (with additional playback of divx and mp3 formats), DVD, WIFI, a small library, board games and other toys for children. Another common area is the 35 m2 dining room with a spacious 3m table. At the back of the house you will find a recently renovated interior patio, decorated with country utensils and outside, an extensive garden nestled in the garden with its barbecue and a gazebo, with a large table and comfortable armchairs. The corners of the garden ensure tranquility and peace, and as a novelty for this summer, we have installed a 7x3.5 m pool with a solarium. The 2nd floor consists of 3 double bedrooms: one bedroom with two 90cm beds, and 2 double bedrooms with a 150cm bed. All of them have closets, a dresser and their corresponding nightstands. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub and a small terrace overlooking the countryside. On the brand new 3rd floor, we have 3 double bedrooms: two bedrooms with two 90 cm beds and another with a 150 cm bed and 2 full bathrooms with shower. Other features: With the possibility for 4 more people and a baby using: 2 double sofa beds of 135, an extra bed of 80 and a crib. High chair and baby bath.
