Lovely unit in Mermaid Waters

Apartment right on the canal (with jetty access) and close to the beach. Very peaceful and relaxing, short walk to the beach and 1 minute to watch the sunset on the canal at the back of the house. One bedroom has a queen bed the other bedroom has a sofa bed which 2 people can sleep in. The space House is quiet, warm and plenty of sun. There is no neighborhood noise. The canal view is in the back of the house if you would like to watch sunset and stay out. Other things to note Heaps of nice restaurants and cafes in mermaid beach or at pacific fair shopping mall. It will take you approximately 10-20 to walk to Broadbeach or mermaid beach. Close enough to the beach and Casino.
