Large 3 BR house , with a comfy double bed in each room and fresh towels on each bed. We have 4th room in attic with 2 single beds which can be accused through a ladder in one of the bedrooms. Comfortable and peaceful Victorian house with everything you need, Fast wifi, 55 inch smart TV (no channels) and comfortable dining room, Fully equipped kitchen I provide instant coffee and a selection of tea. Short walk to city centre, Great pubs and restaurants within 2 minute walk of my house, The space It is a spacious house and each bedroom contains a double bed, a bedside locker and a wardrobe. The 3 bedrooms are perfect for 3 couples to sleep in comfortably. There is a converted attic that has access through one of the bedrooms. There is an extra double bed up here for 4th couple to sleep. Each room has a lock for the door, so you and your guests can go out and rest assured that all your valuables are safe behind a locked bedroom door. Each bed will come freshly made with clean laundry and clean towels. You don't need to worry about bringing anything with you, you should be able to feel right at home as soon as you step foot into my house. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, which includes a large sitting room and dining area. A fully equipped kitchen. back garden and bathroom The bathroom on the 2nd floor has a shower and also has a lovely bathtub. Perfect for relaxing after a long day. Other things to note Our street is a lovely tight knit community. We are a strong, happy community of families, couples, and final year University students and we want to preserve the ethos and peace this precious place provides. Any problems with noise or loud music or complaints from our lovely neighbours are taking very seriously and will result in your reservation being cancelled.
