The Avenue Suites: Suite Five

The Avenue Suites are in a friendly neighborhood just a few minutes from the town center of Brownwood, Texas. The spaces are comfortable, intimate, and attentive. They are perfect for the solo business traveler or a couple who prefer a week-long stay in town, or anyone who needs a long term stay or monthly rental. There's a lovely outdoor space surrounded by a privacy fence, as well as private parking for each Suite. We're sure you'll enjoy this comfortable "home away from home". The space **We are consistently committed to keeping The Avenue Suites cleaned spotless after every guest, hence the cleaning fee. We take cleanliness and health very seriously. We hope to host you soon!** Our Avenue Suites are located across from a church in a small-town neighborhood. It is newly redesigned and curated to host our cherished guests. We do not keep personal belongings here, so our biggest hope is that you feel this is YOUR home away from home. We've taken care to add unique details to each Suite that make you feel welcome & cozy. Special touches such as monogrammed "SUITE FIVE" pillowcases are featured in the bedroom. The Avenue Suites: SUITE FIVE is a one bedroom with a closet and antique chest, plus an additional closet in the front living room. The comfortable Queen size bed has 800+ thread count/hotel grade sheets, and soft blankets. The brand new, custom full bath (shower/tub combo) has attentive amenities for both men and women, including make up mirror & hair dryer, towels, washcloths, iron & ironing board, etc. It has also a stackable, NEW washer and dryer. Our Living room is comfortable and includes a brand new Smart TV, so you can kick back & relax during your stay. The newly redesigned kitchen has custom cabinets and a large stainless steel farm sink, as well as brand new appliances. It has many of the necessary culinary tools, dishware, and utensils. There is a Keurig machine with complimentary coffee and tea pods. There will also be treats and bottles of water upon your arrival. The Breakfast Nook is located in between the Living room & Kitchen, and has quick access to the back door. The back door leads out to the small, Backyard space. Outdoor furniture and a Privacy Fence add to the charm of the yard and patio. This is a NON SMOKING residence. Any smoke smell- OF ANY KIND- in the Suites will result in a large additional fee on top of the cleaning fee. No butts on the ground- please dispose of carefully. There is a DRY CLEANING location 3 blocks away (7 minute walk, 1 min drive), as well as a wash & fold cleaners 7 min away that we love. Ask us for recs! We've really tried to think of everything to help make your stay the best it can be, and we welcome any feedback directly to us. Guest access Each Suite has their own private entrance, accessible from the guest parking lot located in front of The Avenue Suites. Each Suite also has a backdoor that leads into the backyard/patio area, which is blocked off from public view by a Privacy Fence.
