Gorgeous well stocked duplex just steps from the beach! This unit is great for the family trip to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with it's identical twin (unit B). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table. The space On the first floor you will find the living area, kitchen and half bath. The two bedrooms (one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed (one full and one twin) and the full bath (shower / tub combo) are upstairs. The couch in the living room has a full pull out mattress as well. Fully stocked kitchen! Keurig and standard coffee pot (K-cups included). Plenty of cleaning supplies under the sink. The TV in the main living room and upstairs master are both smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu etc. And of course the WiFi is free and fast. We have a cable as well, so you can still catch local news or any big sports games. The home has its own private back deck with propane grill and outdoor dining table. In this same private space, there is a shed that has a beach wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella - FREE to use your entire stay. We just ask you use the hose next to it to spay down the sand after use. In the back space, there is large pool with a large deck for outdoor entertainment. Plenty of tables and chairs for your group. Outdoor shower. Please note the pool and deck area is shared with the other side of the duplex if it is occupied. There is a full free washer and dryer in a separate building by the pool (each side of duplex has their own). Laundry detergent on site for your use for free as well. Guest access Guests will have access to private 2 bedroom /1.5 bath unit, private backyard with grill and outdoor seating, and shared pool (shared with guests of other side of duplex if booked). Pool is professionally cleaned and maintained in all seasons. Pool is not heated. There is a private washer and dryer located in back unit near pool. You will find detergent and dryer sheets for your use during your stay. Beach are in the private back yard. All free for use. Other things to note Policies: We do not allow smoking inside the unit. Storm and Hurricane policy: We issue refunds for nights with official government evacuations.
