The home is located on the 1st level (Basement Level) of the duplex, the basement will not have access to the main level. You will have access to the back yard during the stay to utilize the seating area & grill. The home is fully equipped whether you are traveling for business or just getting away. This unit of the home still has some make-up needed, which means the appearance of the unit may not be for everyone and some repairs are planned for the future. In the meantime, we have opened the unit as it is perfect for someone looking for an affordable stay in the area and don't mind the cosmetic things. Quarterly, we perform pest control on the home to help prevent pest but we know that some common insects may still get away. (Spiders, Stink Bugs, Fly's and Ants) We are consistently updating our home and always attempt to finish the updates before each stay. Please excuse any mess we may have during these updates. Home is a Duplex style home. 1st Level(Basement level) This unit has a bit of work needed still, but as we do updates consistently we still want our guest to have accommodations. In between stays we work to improve the unit consistently but we have lowered the rates for the unit to accommodate our guest for the come needed improvements. -Shared back yard -AC shared with entire home, temperatures set to 71 degrees (+/- 2 degrees) throughout the season. -Refrigerator , Washer & Dryer located in the garage. Guest access The entire home is fully furnished so if your stay is for the weekend, long-term or in between you can feel right at home. Our homes are set up to be comfortable and affordable when you are traveling or in between. Laundry room is located in garage. Please remember that this is a home, not a hotel and please treat the space with respect & I promise I will treat you with utmost respect & courtesy during your stay. Other things to note If the below house rules are broken, you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund. → We absolutely do not allow smoking in the home and you will be asked to leave if found smoking inside the home and will be charged a $200 smoke cleaning fees. ( We have placed a Tin can in the backyard for you to place your buds) → We honor the no excessive noise hours after 10:30 PM to prevent disturbance in our community (No Parties) → For any additional guest over 2 , you will be charged an fee per night and this includes infants. (If you do not list all guest before your stay, the additional guest fee will be tripled and charged to your account.) → For the security of our guest and safety of our home, there are security cameras pointed towards all entrance ways of the home. These cameras are mounted outside of the home and recording 24/7. →Please clean up after yourself, we attempt to keep our cleaning fees & rates low and this will help us to continue . → No Parties & No Smoking. If either of these are violated, your reservation will be cancelled without a refund and you will be asked to leave with authorities. While you are our guest, please remember that this is a home and not a hotel.
