Quiet house in the woods on the sandy beach, Åhus Sweden

In our lovingly furnished vacation home you will find peace and relaxation. The house is surrounded by a fragrant pine forest, which can be seen from every window. In 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by bike through the hilly dune forest you will arrive at one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Sweden. Since the house is located on a private road, there are usually few people on the beach. The water is shallow for a long time and beautifully clear. The space The vacation home is about 45 square meters and offers two bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a 160 x 200 cm bed and in the other bedroom there are two 90 x 200 cm beds. The cottage is surrounded by nature, surrounded by forest, close to the sea, is located in a large property and yet close to everything you need. In about 6 minutes by car, you can reach various large grocery stores (Willys, ICA, Coop), bakeries, gas stations, pharmacies, restaurants, Loppis, gyms, and much more. The large garden can also be used. We and our two cats live across from the vacation home. Two bicycles (free) and a sauna can be used. Bedding is available, as well as two large, four small towels and two dish towels are included. The TV has Chromecast or German satellite TV (can be changed). Chromecast lets you run your own Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. Guest access The garden can also be used. Since we also live on the property with our two cats, please always close the gate to the property. Please never feed the cats. Other things to note The TV is swiveling and offers Chromecast, but no satellite TV yet. Please use your own streaming providers on your smartphone and play them on the TV.
