One bedroom with a double bed (135 cm), and a sofabed, for 4 guests maximum, including children, regardless of age. NOT SUITABLE FOR INFANTS. Kids at least 5 yrs old. Base price is for up to 2 people: additional fees apply for 3rd and 4th guest(s) including kids, per person per night. For stays 10 nights or longer, there are mandatory additional midstay cleanings and additional fees. Other things to note - Max 4 people. We charge each additional guest after 2 an extra fee, per person per night, no matter what the guest's age, and the price is the same as for an adult. Guests must include and count each child in the total of people when booking.  Also, there are no small beds, cribs, high chair or baby amenities available, and the apartment is not childproofed. - For stays 10 nights and longer, there are additional cleaning fees since professional cleaning is done every 4 to 7 nights, depending on length of stay.
