Located in the Le Rami aux Coches residence, this 50 m2 duplex apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has stunning views of the ski area. The residence is on the slopes, so departure and return to skis can be done directly from the residence with the "Montchavin" slope when it is snowy. South-facing. It is located 7 minutes' walk to the village center. Possibility of renting linen, chair and baby bed. The space It has 2 bedrooms upstairs: one with 1 bunk bed and one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. A toilet is also available upstairs. There are 2 extra beds in the living room with sofa beds. There is another shower room + toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is refurbished and very well equipped with a pyrolysis oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment has a private ski locker and several free outdoor parking spaces in front of the residence. 2 extensions are available for the dining table + 8 chairs which allows 7 people to eat very comfortably. Raclette and fondue sets available. Winter season activities: - Skiing - Snowboarding - Sledding (dedicated sledding runs for children) - Snowshoeing - Ice rink (in Les Coches). - Cinema (in Montchavin) - Entertainment in the center of the village (weekly programs available at the Tourist Office). - Espace Paradisio (public pool) in Montchavin. Guest access All areas of the apartment as well as the ski locker. Other things to note We'll send you a text the day before your arrival with all the information you need to enter the apartment. Keys are to be collected from the Ski Republic store (located opposite the Spar in the center of Les Coches). An exit inventory is scheduled for the day of checkout. Please note: check-in is at 5 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. at the latest! If the apartment is ready before 5 p.m., we will be sure to let you know. You can book your ski equipment with the Ski Republic store located on the Place des Commerces in Les Coches.
