The Park House
The Park House
Description
Whether you're visiting for vacation, work, studies, medical issues, or any other situation, you'll stay in a comfortable, functional, quiet apartment in a very good location in the city of Toluca. Toluca is an industrial city, but it also has museums, churches, shopping malls and more. A few kilometers away there are natural parks and archaeological areas and other municipalities also with many places to visit. It is also full of culture and traditions. Other things to note Our stay is designed so that after a busy day you can get to rest, it is a quiet place. To keep it quiet, parties and gatherings are not allowed. Here are some points to consider: The number of people allowed in the room is the number you registered when making the reservation, and it is a maximum of 4 people, this includes adults, children and/or babies, so temporary guests are not allowed. For safety reasons, the apartment is NOT suitable for children, babies or people with disabilities, because the accommodation is on the first floor, and the stairs can be dangerous. There are cats in the area, so take this into account if you are allergic. The room is cleaned and disinfected completely for your peace of mind but it is not exempt from some cat hair flying around. There is a parking space but it is subject to availability and if available, it costs $80 MX pesos per night and is only for small cars. There are other alternatives for parking a vehicle: 1.- There are paid parking lots in the area and they are independent of the stay, (after making your reservation you can request the information). 2.-You can park on the street, but it is the guest's responsibility. (the area is safe, but it is not exempt from any situation that may occur). Some guests are highly allergic to pets (cats, dogs, mice, etc.) and their hair or secretions, so pets are NOT allowed (in case you don't know, there are people whose reactions are so severe that they can even die.) Smoke-free apartment.
