Do NOT use iron (plantsa) within our condominium premises. 2. Use the range hood while cooking to prevent smoke alarm activation. Failure to comply will result in a ₱2,000 penalty for the first offense. Smoking is strictly prohibited. 3. Cooking of dried fish, shrimp, and other strong-smelling foods is not allowed. 4. Maintain cleanliness in the unit, including bed linens and towels. 5. Consumption of hard liquor and use of illegal substances are not permitted. 6. Parties or reunions inside the unit are not allowed. 7. Pets are strictly prohibited. 8. Condo items from the unit must not be brought to other units. 9. Turn off the air conditioner and kitchen appliances when leaving or before going to the pool. 10. Bring the keys with you at all times. Upon check-out, kindly return the keys to the designated mailbox. 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: Any damages or lost items will be charged to the guest.
