It consists of two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen as well as two separate balconies with views. The apartment has Hot Water and Air Conditioning as well as fast Fiber Optic Internet. The space The master bedroom has an attached bathroom, king size bed with comfortable Serta Plush mattress, wardrobe, and private balcony. The smaller second bedroom has a double bed with spring Matress, antique Dutch-era wardrobe, and a mirror counter. The living and dining areas are furnished with elegant subtle furniture. A balcony with outdoor furniture is located off the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs along with a front load washing machine/dryer. Guest access Guests have full use of the apartment as well as common facilities including Swimming Pool, Gym, Tennis Court, Squash Court, Recreational Area, Kids Play Area, Helipad, Salon & Spa, and Cargills Express Super Market. Other things to note We have two bedrooms and the bed in the second bedroom is a smaller double 48”x78” (122cm x 198cm) bed. We recommend booking this apartment for three or less adult guests for comfortable living. In the event you book for four guests you may also need the pull out couch in the living room where linen will be provided. We will provide you with tea, coffee, milk and some snacks on arrival to get you settled in and relax. In the event of power cuts electricity is provided through generators by the building management. Cleaning could be arranged on request for an additional fee of $15 per visit. Guests need to follow common house rules and condominium rules set by the management that is relevant to all residents.
