The dependance features private parking, which can park 4 compact cars comfortably. The overall property has a big lush green garden with relaxation areas shaded by a large Talisay tree. The exteriors also features sunbathing areas, a bathroom, showers and a gazebo with jacuzzi and wet bar. The inside of the dependance features a living space, kitchenette and dining space. The home has a master bedroom with queen size bed along with a large bedroom which 3 bunkbeds that can sleep 9 people (pull-out bed underneath). The space also features two common bathrooms.
