Our cozy apartments are located in a classic newly renovated old Viennese building in the 10th district near Reumannplatz, just two subway stops from the main train station and five from St. Stephen's Cathedral. The apartments are freshly renovated and lovingly furnished so you can feel at home. The space Our business apartments are located on the 1st to 3rd floor of a lovingly renovated old building (without elevator). The approximately 30 m² apartments have an anteroom, a living room and bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Behind the insulated windows, the underfloor heating and air conditioning, a modernly furnished kitchen, newly tiled bathrooms and many stylish pieces of furniture lies the special charm of an old building apartment - a successful combination of historical flair and modern living comfort. There are several apartments in this category that offer the same size and amenities, but differ slightly in floor plan and style. The apartment is allocated based on availability – however, we will gladly endeavor to allocate the preferred apartment type if available, provided we are notified in good time. Guest access You will receive an email with a link to our Express Online Check-in prior to your arrival. Please just follow the instructions to check yourself in and get your access codes to the main entrance and the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with fresh linens, towels, shampoo and soap for your comfort. There is also a small supply of coffee and tea as a welcome drink in the kitchen. Guests with a long stay will be provided with the necessary amenities upon request. Please note that air conditioning is only in operation in summer from mid-June to August. Please note that the kitchen has cooking utensils no salt, pepper or oil is provided. Please note that additional requests such as early check-in, late check-out or the provision of a baby cot are only possible subject to availability and are subject to additional charges.
