Guest suite in Cuiabá.

My property is a residential complex with 12 suites (as in a hotel or inn, BUT, it is neither a hotel nor an inn, it is a furnished property that I rent on a seasonal basis) where you have a bedroom (with 1 double bed, air-conditioning, television, table and chairs for meals), a small kitchen (with minibar, microwave and basic household items) and a bathroom just for you. The suite can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. 500mbps Wi-Fi. *This suite does not have a parking space. Other things to note *There is no parking. *Considering that our service is only to rent the furnished property, we do not provide any type of food, cleaning or hygiene products, nor do we perform daily cleaning inside the property. We offer simple bed and bath linens for use, but if you prefer, you can bring yours. *About the visits: It is already described in the listing that it is forbidden to receive visits (any visit), so every person who enters the property will be considered a guest and will be charged in full ( for all days of the reservation). *About cleaning fee: The cleaning fee charged is for "cleaning" the property. If it is very dirty, an additional charge will be made for "cleaning".*About Early Check in or Late Checkout: Early entry or late departure will depend on there being no guest leaving or entering on the day of your check in/checkout, as well as the availability of the diarist. *There are steps to enter the house. *Your pet is welcome but there will be a fine (in the amount of the stay) if you meet needs outside.
