Lovely Little Studio

Studio + garage space (separate from the main house). We offer a private stay in a neighbourhood setting, with everything you need to be comfortable including queen bed + ensuite and kitchenette. Your booking includes a secure parking space in the garage (measuring 2,150mm high and 5,200mm long). Free unlimited wi-fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime & Disney. The space The main part of the home was built in 1900 and is a duplex with the adjoining home. The studio in which you will stay is separate to the main building and attached to the garage. You have access by parking in the garage or walking from the front gate down the side of the main home. (This side walkway is narrow and would not be suitable for those with mobility issues). The studio is fitted out like a hotel room but with more space. It is furnished with a queen bed, two occasional chairs, aircon, microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, tv & small table with two chairs. The ensuite is on the small/cramped side (it’s on the list of future home improvements). Guest access Knock on our door - we will meet you with the keys and give you a quick welcome tour. Most guests prefer to park in the garage as it brings you and your belongings direct to your studio door. It’s easy to walk to town with access to the street by walking along the side of our main house to the front gate (side walkway would not be suitable for those with mobility issues). Other things to note I will ask please for a rough estimate of when you will arrive so I can make myself available for your arrival. Just give us a yell if you need anything.
