The apartment is located on the third floor. Do note there is no lift. Bikes included! The space The flat is extremely bright all year around since it is oriented south/west. A large master bedroom with an en suit studio faces the clock tower of the Ariostea Libray standing against the city's red tiled roofs landscape. The bedroom has thee windows with external shutters so can be almost blacked out (if you like to sleep in the dark this is the room for you). In the living area there are a lounge sofa and smart tv a dining table facing a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer and a washing machine.
