A top floor apartment, it features a very large master bedroom, a king size bed & a separate living room. It also includes a new smart tv, lounge area, fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. The apartment is located on the third floor. Do note there is no lift. Bikes included! The space The flat is extremely bright all year around since it is oriented south/west. A large master bedroom with an en suit studio faces the clock tower of the Ariostea Libray standing against the city's red tiled roofs landscape. The bedroom has thee windows with external shutters so can be almost blacked out (if you like to sleep in the dark this is the room for you). In the living area there are a lounge sofa and smart tv a dining table facing a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer and a washing machine. Small but very airy bathroom overlooking an cavedio (traditional 1700 Italian townhouse light well). Guest access You will be granted exclusive and full access to the flat. Other things to note To make the best of your time in 'The City of Bicycles" the listing includes two Italian mid-century vintage women bikes (each with locker). The house is just three minutes cycle from Porta Paola where you can access the Sottomura Park, a 13 km green belt cycling path that runs in circle around the ancient city walls. With each booking, guest will be provided with a complementary pair of slippers, so he can feel like at home and fully enjoy the feel of the beautiful natural exotic wood flooring while helping keeping it scratch free.
