The space The property is situated on 13acres of undulating volcanic farmland on the outskirts of Malmsbury. A perfect central location to enjoy the surrounding towns of Kyneton and Daylesford. You will have the entire home & yard to yourselves. Bedroom 4 on the listing is a small studio called ‘The Pod’ 40m from the main house. It has a double bed, bi-fold doors and a small deck. It is small and cute, ideal for 1 person. It has a heater. There is a bathroom accessible in the shed or guests use the facilities in the main house. There is a tiny house onsite that is booked separately, but set privately away from the main house. The only downside is that you may not want to leave! You are sure to love this unique and special home. Guest access You have access to the entire home. You are welcome to enjoy the acreage but not to be in with the livestock. They are rotated around different paddocks. There is the option of renting a retro caravan with a queen bed for an additional fee of $80 per night. It has power, heating and an electric blanket. It is located 20 metres from the main house. Request this option as a message when you make a reservation. There is a second toilet and bathroom at the back of the main shed that can be used for any larger groups. Other things to note It is very important if you are moving about the land that you shut every gate you enter. There are horses on the property, please do not go in the paddocks with them, enjoy their wonderful inquisitive presence from the other side of the fence.
