Wonderful 4 bedroom villa in the popular Highland Reserve community with fantastic views of the golf course from the pool deck. This unit also offer a private pool and another plus it is only 15 minutes away from Disney and other local attractions.! The space This villa offers complimentary BBQ grill, 3 Arcade Games machines (Mortal Combat,Ridge Racer and packman), Netflix and various indoor games for every age. The kitchen is fully equipped for "home away from home" living. For infants playpen, highchair and baby monitors are available. Each room has its own TV with over 300 channels and Roku apps. Pool deck area has a total privacy with tall hedges on sides and rear facing the open golf course. Guests with Trailers, RVs, buses, ATVs, and boats are welcome as you can park your large vehicle along the road front of the house. Guest access There are no restrictions on parking. Two cars can be parked on the driveway. This villa is located very close to the highway 192 with access to world-class entertainment, every type of restaurant and for shopping. There is a Publix grocery store and a strip mall right next to the Highland Reserve golf community where the villa is located. Other things to note No more than 8 people can stay overnight and any violator will be evicted. Pool heat is extra, daily Pool heat rate is $25 (minimum 3 days) funds will be collected at the time of check-in. We have put lots of extra touches and details into this home to make it the best experience for guests! We are so happy to host you!
