A long gravel driveway leads you down a treed lane from the street to the main house that shares a courtyard with your private guest house. You are surrounded by the lovely yard, small pond, picnic area and hot tub, all available for your use. Secluded, private, quiet. The house is situated on the border of Centennial and Littleton, away from the street in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. It's a very relaxing setting. Extra-wide french doors in the living area can be opened to the outside courtyard bringing the outside in. The guest house is equipped with a well stocked if small kitchenette with microwave oven, under-counter mini-refrigerator w/freezer, air fryer/toaster oven, induction hot-pate and drink center. There is a small prep area, essential cooking and eating utensils, glasses, and dinnerware. Dining table for two. At the end of your day relax with a Vizio Smart TV providing access to your favorite streaming services! Sign-in and enjoy (but don't forget to sign-out when you leave!) The unique shower panel offers 6 settings to enjoy a relaxing or invigorating shower. You'll enjoy high-speed internet, a desk and printer to support remote work. There is a portable air conditioner/heater, a ceiling fan, and an infrared fireplace to enjoy while working or just sitting in the open living area and relaxing in mid-century modern surroundings. Take a dip in the hot tub and wrap yourself in plush terrycloth bath robes. At the end of the street just a half-mile away is the entrance to the High-line Canal which is a 71-mile long hiking and biking system that runs throughout Denver and the metro region. The house across the shared courtyard is the host's part-time family home, so occasionally you may share the parking area and courtyard with the hosts. You will be notified of the hosts schedule during your stay.
