Greymouth is a great place to base yourself for a few days. All the natural attractions on the West Coast are easily reached within an hour in all directions. Cape Foulwind and seal colony, Carters Beach & Tauranga Bay, Punakaiki Pancake Rocks, Arthurs Pass, Hokitika Tree Top walk and zip line, Hokitika Gorge. The Wilderness cycle trail starts in Greymouth and is 90kms in length all the way to Ross. We have numerous lakes, all within an hours drive.
