Located minutes away from the ever-growing financial centre of Asuncion, this pocket of peace and nature will have you feeling at home. This a safe and well connected area with plenty cafes and bars nearby. The space The room is spacious with a double bed, air conditioning, a big vintage wardrobe and with a view to the garden. The en suite bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink and shower. In the hall there is a full sized fridge to be shared with another guest All of this is separated from the main house where the kitchen is. Guest access Your room is in a separate and independent unit from the house. You will have full access to the kitchen where you will find everything you need to make any meal. You will also be able to make full use of our washing facilities but please bring your prefered soap. The garden is also available for your enjoyment.
