It was a complete wreck when I bought the place since it was originally built in 1954. Since then I have spent three years completely remodeling the interior as well as the exterior. With my cabinet making skills I was able to not only build all of the cabinetry but the bedroom furniture as well. With the gorgeous tropical landscape I wanted to create a place that was much more than just a place to lay your head but hopefully a very special experience for you to enjoy! Guest access Both units of this duplex are fully yours for your enjoyment. There is a front courtyard that has very nice swivel club chairs that surrounds a propane fire pit. This home, comprising of the two units known as Ocean's Edge and Serenity Wave, is known as Pacific View when booked in its entirety. This property is comprised of two fully self-contained units with all amenities one would expect. Although there is no flowthrough between the interior of the units, the front doors are immediately adjacent to one another under a covered porch facilitating ease of movement. Other things to note In the front of the residence there is a fenced courtyard. Within the courtyard are six very nice club swivel chairs that surround a propane fire pit. The left-hand (Ocean's Edge) unit also includes a bonus room that sleeps two on a queen size pullout bed. Bed linens are in an ottoman located in that room, and a comforter/pillow is located on a shelf in a main bedroom closet. Access to the Mad River is available via a short walk either north or south of the property. Access to the Pacific Ocean (Mad River County Park) is available via a 2.5mi (5mi round trip) via bike or walking, or 8 minutes by car to Clam Beach County Park.
