Freshly updated space with a shared entry, the studio is on the second floor, inside the main house. It has a private bathroom and many amenities including wifi, internet, smart TV, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle. We live in the house. You may occasionally hear noises and footsteps. STR798-22 The studio is on the second floor of our house. It has a cozy bedroom with a King size bed, charging stations for electronics on nightstands, and a big dresser. The large private bathroom next to the bedroom has a curved shower curtain. A pack-n-play is available upon request. The comfortable private living room has a smart TV, new sofa, blankets, a coffee table. The small kitchenette area has a mini-fridge and freezer, coffee pot, kettle, toaster, microwave, plates, glasses, and cutlery. There is no sink or hot plate. The only shared spaces are the entryway and the stairs. We live in the house so you may occasionally hear noises and footsteps. Pets: No animals are allowed due to severe owner allergies -- sorry, no exceptions. Enter through the house's front door, go past the curtain, and up the stairs. Please close the curtain behind you. The studio is at the top of the stairs on the right. The entryway and the stairs are the only shared spaces. The studio has a private bathroom for your exclusive use. Rippling River is a lovely, quiet neighborhood surrounded by mountains and the golf course from the Mt. Hood Resort. Our address is 24930 East Bright Avenue, Welches, Oregon. From US-26, turn on East Arrah Wanna Boulevard for 0.3 miles. Then, turn left onto E Bright Avenue for 0.5 miles. Turn left on E Connors Court and the house is on the first one on the right, at the corner with E Bright Avenue. Our driveway is on E Connors Court. Parking: Off street (two wheels on the road, two wheels on dirt) on E Connors Court, past our driveway. We use the other part of the second floor. While it will be quiet most of the time, you may hear us occasionally. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 7 am.
